Functions and features

The control protection switch adopts a modular single-product structure and uses MCU digital processing technology. An electromagnetic control system similar to a contactor can accept on-off operation instructions and control the main circuit to connect or disconnect. The main circuit contact group consists of dynamic and static bridge-type double-break point contacts, a grid arc extinguishing chamber and a current-blocking fast short-circuit release action mechanism. Each pole is independent of each other. It is equipped with a current-limiting fast short-circuit release and high breaking capacity. The arc extinguishing system realizes backup protection with high current limiting characteristics (current limiting coefficient less than 0.2). (The trip setting current cannot be adjusted and is only related to the frame grade, and the setting value is 161n ± 20%). When a short circuit occurs in the load, the release opens the main contact group with a rapid (2-3ms) impact, and at the same time drives the operating mechanism to cut off the control coil, causing all poles of the main circuit to be disconnected.

It has remote automatic control and local direct manual control functions;
